Proroga al 31 marzo 2013 per smaltimento moduli
E’ stato prorogato al 31/3/2013 il termine entro cui i produttori, o gli importatori, dovranno aderire a un consorzio che garantisca il recupero e lo smaltimento dei moduli fotovoltaici giunti a fine vita.
